Return & Refund Policy

At Xentaro Inc., our products are delivered as digital files, downloadable resources, templates, tools, or setup materials. Because these products are made available immediately after purchase, all sales are final once the order is completed.

No Returns on Digital Files

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase. Once a file has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to the customer, it cannot be returned.

No Refunds After Purchase

We do not offer refunds for digital files after purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, Shopify theme files, Liquid snippets, setup resources, templates, checklists, guides, CSV files, ZIP files, or any other downloadable product sold by Xentaro Inc.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product title, description, features, compatibility notes, included files, and setup requirements before completing their purchase. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your store or project, please contact us before buying.

File Access Issues

If you experience any issue accessing or downloading your purchased file, please contact us with your order details. We will assist you in resolving file access or download-related issues as soon as possible.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us with your order information. We may review duplicate purchase requests on a case-by-case basis.

Product Compatibility

Some products may require basic Shopify knowledge, theme editing, Liquid setup, or third-party platform access. Xentaro Inc. is not responsible for issues caused by unsupported themes, incorrect installation, third-party app conflicts, customer-side edits, or platform limitations.

Unauthorized Sharing

Purchased files are for the buyer’s personal or business use only. Redistribution, resale, public sharing, copying, or unauthorized transfer of Xentaro Inc. files is not allowed.

By completing a purchase from Xentaro Inc., you confirm that you understand the product is a digital file and agree that all sales are final after purchase.
